Unsalted butter
Marshmallows
Vanilla extract
Salt

INSTUCTIONS
Step 1 :
In a medium saucepan, put 1 and ½ cups of granulated sugar, 2/3 cup of Nestle carnation evaporated milk, 2 tbsp of water and ¼ of salt.
Over medium flame, bring to a full rolling boil with constant stirring. Stir clockwise of counter clockwise, either way just keep stirring for about 4 to 5 minutes. Move it back and turn off your burner.
Add in 2 cups of marshmallows, pour in 1 1/3 cups of Nestle toll house chocolate morsels, ½ a cup chopped pecans or walnuts and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, then stir for one minute or until it all melts.
Step 2 :
Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil then spoon your fudge right into it, spread it gently and put it in the refrigerator minimum for two hours. ( it’s okey to lick your spoon when finished )
For thicker fudge use a nice by five inch loaf pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Lift the foil out with no mess, and slice it into little squares.
