Quick chocolate marshmallow fudge
Carnation famous fudge is a wonderful treat, whether you’re making it as a gift for friends and family or you’re going to eat all yourself. As easy as the recipe is, you can do both!
Today we’re going to make chocolate marshmallow fudge, or maybe known as famous fudge, it’s wonderfully creamy smooth with a rich and sweet chocolate flavor. The great thing about this fudge is that instead of buying unnatural sweetener stuffs, you can make your own in no time !
Fist things first, for this recipe you’ll need these items :
One and half granulated sugar
Nestle CARNATION Evaporated Milk
Nestle Toll House Chocolate
Chpped walnuts ( optional )
Step 1 :
In a medium saucepan, put 1 and ½ cups of granulated sugar, 2/3 cup of Nestle carnation evaporated milk, 2 tbsp of water and ¼ of salt.
Over medium flame, bring to a full rolling boil with constant stirring. Stir clockwise of counter clockwise, either way just keep stirring for about 4 to 5 minutes. Move it back and turn off your burner.
Add in 2 cups of marshmallows, pour in 1 1/3 cups of Nestle toll house chocolate morsels, ½ a cup chopped pecans or walnuts and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, then stir for one minute or until it all melts.
Step 2 :
Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil then spoon your fudge right into it, spread it gently and put it in the refrigerator minimum for two hours. ( it’s okey to lick your spoon when finished )
For thicker fudge use a nice by five inch loaf pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Lift the foil out with no mess, and slice it into little squares.
This recipe typically makes 48 pieces
Now it’s time for the big decision, do I give some away or all for myself? Hmm… I’ll keeping it, and make another batch for friend !
