How To Make Cinna-bun Cake in the oven!

Cinna-bun roll cake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. Far from boring, this one is flavorful and has a tender and moist crumb. You can prepare it splendidly for birthdays, special occasions, or just that celebrated English ceremony, afternoon tea, to make every single person around the table commented that this was the best cake they’d ever tasted!
It’s so light, fluffy, more tender and less greasy than the typical cakes, and much more moist than traditional sponge cakes.

BASIC INGREDIENTS :

Two Stick ( 1 cup) Butter

Three cups of all-purpose Flour

Two large eggs

One cup of granulated Sugar

One and half cps of Milk

Two Tsp of Vanilla extract

One Tsp of Baking Powder

¼ of common salt

SECONDS :

One cup of brown sugar

Two Tbsp Cinnamon

Two Tbsp ground of flour

One cup of milted Butter

FROSTING :

1/3 cup of milk

One Tsp of Vanilla extract

Two cups of Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS :

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 350° and take nine x 13 pan by spraying with baking spray or buttering.
Distribute cake batter evenly in your prepared pan by mixing gently all the basic ingredients except the butter, then you can add it last .

Step 2 :

In another bowl, mix all the second ingredients til smooth and creamy, drop the topping mixture by the spoonful on the top of cake mixture in the baking dish which means over the base, until the entire base will be all covered. Use a butter knife to swirl the topping through the top layer of the cake batter. Bake it for 30min .

Step 3 :

Prepare your froasting, pour it over the warm cake, and this is where the magic happens !
Move the cake around to get the frosting evenly.

In all honestly, it’s probably one of the easiest Cinna-bun cake I’ve made in a long time, really, but I just smiled and thanked them like you’ll do after tasting it . ENJOY!
