It takes less than 30 minutes to complete as well. The steps are as follows:
Wrap the chicken breasts in plastic wrap and pound them into a 1/2-inch thickness with a meat mallet until they are cooked through.
Stir together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and pepper to taste, nutmeg, rosemary, sage, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
To make the egg wash, whisk together the egg and water. And using the flour mixture, coat the chicken pieces.
Following that, dip the piece in the egg wash and then dredge it in the flour mixture to fully coat it.
Cook the chicken in oil over medium heat until the crust is golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through, then soak up the excess liquid using paper towels, .
In a separate pan, sauté the garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Bring the honey and soy sauce to a boil for approximately 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cook the chicken until it is hot and serve it with honey garlic sauce.
