CHICKEN RANCH WRAPS

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN RANCH WRAPS

A simple lunch meal that doesn’t take a lot of time and effort is constantly on my list of wants. That’s why these incredibly quick and easy wraps are a favorite of mine.
Chicken Ranch Wraps are a convenient and simple lunch meal that is refreshing, creamy, and loaded with crunchy fried chicken breast.
There is nothing wrong with a side of potato chips and some fresh fruit or vegetables that have been chopped up fresh. However, if you really want to go all out, a dish of mac and cheese is one of my favorite recipes to serve with these wraps.

These wraps would be ideal for a fast lunch or a weeknight meal on the run. In fact, I wrapped them up for my daughter to take on a trip, and she said that they were still delicious even after several hours in her lunch bag.
This recipe is excellent for cooking ahead of time and packing for a pleasant lunch or picnic. Wrap them securely in plastic wrap to ensure that they retain their form and keep them refrigerated until you are ready to serve them.

INGREDIENTS LIST:

Tortilla rolls, I used 4.

2 large chicken breasts.

Breadcrumbs, I used 100 grams.

Paprika, curry, or 4 spices

One small lemon.

2 large spoons.Of canola oil.

2 whole eggs.

Light mayonnaise.

Pickles

One avocado, chopped

One tomato, sliced

3 fresh white onions.

Chopped lettuce.

METHOD OF WORK:

1st Step:

Season the chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper and slice it into small chunks. Using your hands, mix the chicken with seasonings together until well incorporated.

2nd Step:

After that, evenly distribute the breadcrumbs over the chicken, making sure to coat all of the pieces. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes on each side in a little amount of oil in a frying pan, then remove them and put them aside.

3rd Step:

Make an omelet by beating one egg in a bowl, adding chopped fresh onions, and cooking it in a skillet.

4th Step:

Prepare the dressing by combining light mayonnaise with finely chopped pickles. and chop the avocado and tomato into thin pieces.

5th Step:

Before assembling the wrap, heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave. Then spread one small spoon over it, followed by an omelet, then chopped avocado and tomato, chicken pieces, and to finish add chopped lettuce.

6th Step:

Roll tightly after folding in both ends of the wrap. and then cut it in half crosswise and serve it the right way!!

RECIPE NOTE:

If you make the wraps too long ahead of time, the chopped tomatoes may cause them to get soggy. So if you wanna make your wrap ahead, try to omit tomato and use something else instead!! You can add grated carrots, chopped bell pepper…etc. You can also add grated cheese.
