HW TO MAKE GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES SKILLET?
When you’re in a rush and want something delicious to eat, these amazing garlic butter steak pieces are just what you’re seeking! This dish for steak and potatoes is made with just a few simple ingredients and can be ready in about 20 minutes.
There is no doubt in my mind that you will like this dish! This has quickly become a family favorite in my household and is a terrific go-to lunch after a long day at the office. Don’t be deceived by the fact that it is surely not lacking in taste!
These garlic steak bites are quite easy to make, but they are absolutely tasty! The steak is incredibly tender since it has been marinated in garlic butter and herbs.
Because the steak is intended to be cooked fast, it is ideal to use a delicate piece of meat for this dish. If you don’t want to use sirloin, you may use beef tenderloin (filet mignon), New York strip steak, or stir-fry meat instead. It is better to stay away from harder cuts such as flank steak.
And for this dish, I like to use Yukon Gold as the wine. These cookies maintain their form nicely, yet they are only mildly starchy, allowing them to remain soft and fluffy in the center. Russet potatoes should be avoided since they are very starchy and prone to falling apart.

1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
1 Tsp.Of dry Italian herb mix.
1 Tsp.Of mince fresh thyme.
1 Tsp.Of freshly chop parsley.
PREPARATION:
Step 1:
You’ll need to set your oven’s temperature to 400 ° degrees.
Step 2:
In a separate dish, mix the butter, garlic, and dry herbs; set aside, and season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 3:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, spraying the pan with oil. To brown the steaks, roast them for 2-3 minutes on each side for a total of 3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a platter and set it aside.
Step 4:
Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before adding them to the pan and sautéing for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden. Return the steaks to the opposite side of the pan and push the potatoes to one side of the skillet.
Step 5:
Transfer to the oven and bake for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork and the steak is cooked to your preference.
Step 6:
Immediately after removing them from the oven, spread a little amount of garlic butter over each steak and the remainder on the potatoes, allowing it to melt over the meal before turning the potatoes to cover them with the butter and finishing with chopped thyme and parsley just before serving them.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
In addition to the potatoes, these garlic steak pieces may be served with green beans or arugula as a vegetable side dish. Steamed broccoli would be also an ideal side dish to go with this meal.
