HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STUFFED JALAPENOS?
The fact that I like spicy foods comes as no surprise to anybody. It’s the language of love for me. When it comes to entertaining, simple appetizers are my favorite thing to make. I like having friends and family around for dinner and cooking for them, but I also want to be able to enjoy their company rather than being confined to the kitchen for the duration of the gathering. Consequently, between my love of spice and my desire to entertain, these Chicken Stuffed Jalapeños are a hit. Making these together as a family was a lot of fun.
These amazing Chicken Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers, which are inspired by one of my favorite appetizers in Belize, will take our low-carb Jalapeño Popper game to a whole new level! Goodness, it’s cheesy, spicy, chicken-ey, and soo delicious!
These chicken-filled jalapeño poppers are a delicious appetizer or snack that can be enjoyed all year long! They are simple to prepare and are a favorite with the crowds, particularly on game days!
This version of jalapeños has not just cream cheese, as you’re used to seeing, but also seasoned shredded chicken, which I’d never seen before in the United States. The concept of adding protein to poppers is one I can get behind since it not only tastes delicious but also makes them more full and gratifying by adding extra protein to them.

Fat-free cream cheese, I used 4-ounces.
2 minced garlic cloves.
A pinch.Of table salt.
A pinch.Of cracked black pepper.
¼ Cup.Of shredded cheese.
Two chicken breasts, boiled.
A small spoon.Of smoked paprika.

The second thing you need to do, is slice 4 jalapeños longways, and remove the seeds from the jalapeños, and set them aside.
Step 3:
After that, you need to microwave the cream cheese for around 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Step 4:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, shredded chicken, and all the spices, mixing well until all ingredients are well incorporated, then set it aside for later.
Step 5:
At this point, you should fry 2 pieces of bacon till crispy, then mix the cream cheese with the crumbled bacon, and please make absolutely sure everything is well combined.
Step 6:
Now, fill the jalapeños halfway with the mixture, and arrange them in a baking dish.
Step 7:
And put the baking dish, in a 375 degrees oven and let the jalapeños bake and cheese melt for almost 15 minutes.
