
HOW TO MAKE CRACK CAKE?
This Crack Cake recipe is quick to produce and tasty to consume. A yellow cake mix is tweaked, cooked to golden brown perfection, and drizzled with a decadent wine glaze.
What Is a Crack Cake and How Does It Work? It’s a cake that’s supposedly as addictive as Cocaine! I’m not sure about actual Crack, but I can assure you that this cake is addictive.
It begins with a package of yellow cake mix with a few additional ingredients to make an extra tasty cake, and it’s poked all over with a wine-sugar-butter glaze after it’s cooked. Yeah, that was amazing. This cake is wonderful cold, room hot, or hot.
These all ingredients you’ll need for this crack cake:
Yellowcake mix, I used the regular BOX.
Vanilla-pudding instant mix, use a medium box.
4 whole eggs.
3/4 Cup.Of water.
3/4 Cup.Of oil.
1/2 Cup.Of white wine.
1/4 Cup.Of brown sugar.
1/4 Cup.Of white sugar.
2 small spoons.Of cinnamon powder.
Let’s make it together!!!
Step 1:
With a hand mixer, I combined both types of sugar, then I added the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Step 2:
After that, I add the canola oil, water, and white wine, and I beat again to mix all the wet ingredients together.
Step 3:
Then, I combined the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mixed them with the wet mixture.
Step 4:
After that, I prepared a medium bundt pan by greasing it with butter and dusting flour over it, then I poured the batter into it.
Step 5:
In a preheated oven at 350m degrees F, I baked the cake for around an hour.
Step 6:
Once the cake baked, I removed it from the oven, and I prepared a glaze while it cooled.
Step 7:
For the glaze, I just melted a stick of soft butter in a saucepan, then I added 1 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of white wine and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 8:
After that, I spread the glaze over the cake, and ohhh it was ready to serve!!!
