HOW TO MAKE ROLLS?
Do you remember the bread rolls you used to get at school? These are the old-fashioned melt-in-your-mouth schoolhouse rolls. These rolls were one of my best memories at school!!
I had to try this recipe as soon as I saw it. It’s a SECRET recipe from a longtime school cafeteria worker, according to rumors. I adore secret recipes! It makes it all the more fun to give it a shot. They came out DELICIOUS the first time I tried them! I might or may not have eaten four of them in one time.
TO TRY THESE SCHOOL HOT ROLLS YOU’LL NEED FEW SIMPLE INGREDIENTS:
7 to 8 Cups.Of All-purpose flour.
Around one liter.Of Warm water.
200 grams.Of Sugar.
240 grams.Of Oil.
125 grams.Of Powdered milk.
A large spoon.Of Salt.
1 pack.Of active dry Yeast.
TO MAKE THESE ROLLS FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW TO HAVE THE SAME RESULT:
Step 1:
Initially, I choose a medium bowl and mix in the warm water, yeast, and sugar, and I blended well until the yeast melted.
Step 2:
In another bowl, I whisked together the milk, salt, and 4 cups of all-purpose flour.
Step 3:
And once the yeast in the first bowl has melted, I stir in the vegetable oil and transferred it to the second bowl with the dry ingredients, and I mixed well until had an incorporated mixture.
Step 4:
Steadily, I added the remaining flour until I reached the perfect consistency, ensuring sure the dough was not too slimy nor too heavy.
Step 5:
To finish, I covered the bowl and let the dough doubled in size In a warm place for around 90 min to 2 hours.
Step 6:
Then, I render the rolls by baking them for only 20 minutes at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
WELL!! THAT’S ALL!! I REVEALED THE SECRET OF THIS RECIPE CAUSE IT’S SUPER MOIST, DELICIOUS, AND THEY LOOK AMAZING!!! THE DOUGH LOOKS JUST PERFECT AND IT’S EASY TO ROLL OUT!!
