I wish you a happy birthday!!!!! Alternatively, you. Today may be the birthday of SOMEONE, completely right? Occasionally, you must take the initiative and wish yourself a happy birthday….along with baking your own cake! As shown, I made a beautiful Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. What a fantastic way to use up those overripe bananas on your kitchen counter!

This, my friends, is what I want on each of my birthdays. I’m not exaggerating!!! A delicious banana-flavored cake that is frosted and has icing pushed into the middle.
Additionally, as you can see, I am not a lover of elaborate icing swirls or outlandish toppings. Simply give me an extra-large piece of cake (which indicates that I have enough of icing). My children? They often swiping away part of the excess icing and just eating the cake. So strange. I’m not complaining, since I just scoop up the remaining icing with my spoon and eat it. I didn’t acquire the moniker “Shugary Sweets” by accident.

And, you may freeze this cake in an airtight container. Alternatively, as I do, cut slices and individually wrap them in plastic wrap. Slices should be placed in a ziplock freezer bag or another airtight container. Put it in the fridge and serve it the day after to enjoy the ultimate moistness in every bit.

Mashed bananas, I used a half cup.

2 large spoons and half.Of lemon juice.

6th Step:

Place it in the oven and reduce the heat to 300 degrees F. it takes 60 minutes of baking time.
