HOW TO MAKE NO-BAKE COOKIES?
This Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookie recipe has been a staple in our household for several years now and is a great family favorite. These are easy and quick no-bake cookies that are low-fat, free of eggs, and require no baking.
The Peanut Butter Chocolate NO-BAKE Cookies are one of the easiest cookies I have ever made. They’re a little different from any of my other cookies because they don’t have any flour. They taste more of a mix of a cookie and candy.
A childhood friend shared this no-bake cookie recipe with me years ago when I didn’t have access to any flour so I could make cookies. I have brought the recipe with me for several years and made it many times.
You can let your children prepare them, you don’t need to heat an oven or a microwave, so they will prepare them for safety!!!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
2 Cups.Of white granulated sugar.
1/2 Cup.Of milk.
1/2 Cup.Of unsalted soft butter.
1/4 Cup.Of unsweetened cocoa powder.
3 Cups.Of oats,
1 Cup.Of creamy peanut butter.
1 small spoon.Of vanilla extract.
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THESE NO-BAKE COOKIES:
Step 1:
In a big bowl, I combined the sugar, with the milk, soft butter, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Step 2:
Then, when beating, I steadily added to a boiling pot and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 3:
I removed from heat and whisked in oats and I beat well until completely mixed. Also, I added the peanut butter and combine it well.
Step 4:
At this point, I added a small spoon of pure vanilla extract and I combined thoroughly.
Step 5:
After that, I put parchment paper on the counter and I spooned out the dough into cookie forms.
Step 6:
And finally, I loaded the timer for 20 to 30 minutes until the cookies were completely set.
I really like recipes like these no-bake cookies, when I don’t have enough time to prepare something for the kids, I just give them the ingredients required and let them make these cookies themselves. If you’re looking for more easy recipes, you need to take a look at the related posts below!!
