
HOW TO MAKE CHEESY BAKED GOULASH?
Try cooking up some old-style goulash anytime you need a simple dinner meal that will satisfy the whole family! This combination of macaroni noodles, ground beef, tomatoes, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, and seasonings is loved by almost everyone!
This Simple Goulash Recipe is full of flavor and as it produces a big batch, the best way to feed a crowd! A quick skillet dinner in a zesty tomato sauce with tomatoes, beef, and macaroni noodles creates the ideal comfort meal on a budget!
Goulash is a beef stew or sauce, usually flavored with paprika and other spices. Goulash, which originated in medieval Hungary, is a common meal mostly eaten in Central Europe, but also in other parts of Europe.
We make goulash all the time for dinner, and while I’m sure we have a very American version of the recipe, we wanted to make sure we shared our recipe for Cheesy Beef Goulash with you today because it’s fantastic!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
470 grams.Of ground beef.
2/3 Cup.Of chopped onion.
Ground black pepper.
2 Small sp.Of minced garlic.
1 Cup.Of dry elbow macaroni pasta.
1 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 medium can. Of tomato sauce, use the 15-ounces size.
1 medium jar.Of homemade canned tomatoes diced.
1/2 Cup.Of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
1 Small sp.Of soy sauce.
1 Small sp.Of sugar cane.
1 Small sp.Of dried oregano.
2 Small sp.Of dried basil.
1 Small sp.Of dried parsley.
TO MAKE IT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and I boiled the pasta in a pot of water.
Step 2:
After that, I added the ground beef and sliced onions to a large skillet over the medium-high fire, then I grind a ton of black pepper on top of it.
Step 3:
I cooked until you have browned beef and transparent onions, I added the minced garlic at the last minute or so. After that, I drained some grease.
Step 4:
I added the macaroni and cooked until just before al dente, then I drained and set aside until the water is heating for the pasta.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, to the ground beef, I added the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, sugarcane, and herbs and I swirl to incorporate them.
Step 6:
Next, I added the cheddar cheese and I blended until the cheese has melted.
Step 7:
Then, I added in the cooked macaroni once mixed.
Step 8:
And I poured it into an oil-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish, and I added the Mozzarella cheese over the top and baked for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
I set it aside for 10 minutes, then I served it with buttered bread and salad.
