How To Make Lazy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars?

The attitude of ‘doing what you have’ has inspired my faith to be more creative in the kitchen! After I began consuming less dairy, I’ve become more curious about the effects of using various ingredients. A number of persons, for example, substitute eggs for mashed bananas. And though it works for one thing, for another, that doesn’t work for the best. For instance, for bread it works well, but not for cookies, I like the process of playing with baking. “I still ask myself, “What if this is what I try? It’s a disappointment sometimes and it’s a proud moment often when I have produced a recipe that I think tastes better than the original!
This Lazy Chocolate Chip Cookie bar is a favorite recipe made with basic pantry ingredients. These soft cookie bars with chocolate chips are super quick to produce!

WHAT YOU NEED THIS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BARS:

1 Cup.Of soft butter.

Yellowcake mix, you’ll need one box.

A bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

2 medium eggs.

AND THIS IS HOW TO PREPARE THEM:

Step 1:

I preheated my oven to a temperature of 350 degrees F and I greased a medium pan and dust it with flour, or I just used the nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2:

I melted the stick of butter in a medium saucepan, then I whisk in the two large eggs, and I stir until well combined.

Step 3:

I added the egg butter mixture and stir well into a large mixing bowl with the cake mix, I used an electric mixer to have an incorporated mixture.

Step 4:

After that, I added the chocolate chips and I blended them all together using the electric mixer again.

Step 5:

Into the greased plate, I poured the mixture and bake for 16 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
