Chocolate banana muffins, and in our lives, we could all use a touch of something good.
Ohh, boys, I love muffins for real!!
I enjoy them a lot.
I USED THE INGREDIENTS WRITTEN IN THE LIST BELLOW:
1 large egg.
1 Cup.Of dark chocolate chunks, plus more for topping.
1 Cup.Of mashed ripe bananas.
1 Cup.Of all-purpose flour.
3/4 Cup.Of dark brown sugar packed.
1/2 Cup.Of cocoa powder.• 6 Tbsp. Of unsalted butter melted.
1 Tsp.Of vanilla.
1 Tsp.Of baking soda.
1 Tsp.Of baking powder.
1 Tsp. Of cinnamon powder, it’s highly recommended for a special flavor.
1/2 Tsp.Of kosher salt.
I turned the temperature of the oven to 425 degrees F to preheat, and I lined the paper liners in a regular 12 cup non-stick muffin tin.
I whisked the sugar with butter, one large egg, and vanilla extract together in a medium mixing dish.
After that, I added the mashed bananas to the mixture and mixed again.
Next, it was time to add the dry ingredients, so I added sifted flour, sifted cocoa powder with baking soda, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and kosher salt.
For blending, I used just a spatula.
Don’t mix for a long time.
I added in the dark chocolate bits softly, mixing with the spatula.
And using a scoop, I filled the packed muffin box equally, so I had twelve muffins.
For the topping, I placed more chocolate chips on the top of each muffin.
I baked at 425 degrees F for just 5 minutes and then I decreased the heat to 350 degrees F, and I baked them for another 12 minutes.
I removed the pan from the oven carefully, let the muffins cool for 15 minutes and I served them with a warm cup of tea!!
