
HOW TO MAKE LOADED BAKED POTATO CHICKEN CASSEROLE?
The most stunning part of my day is mostly time spent at the dining table. It’s one of those easy pleasures that I can tuck like a precious jewel into my memory. My 5-year-old daughter tells us more about her school day, and normally my 2-year-old son does something funny to make all of us laugh. This Loaded Baked Potato And Chicken Casserole is a quick, simpler dinner in a baking dish incorporating pieces of juicy chicken & tender potatoes. This tasty dinner is like a traditional baked potato.
INGREDIENTS:
8 medium potatoes.
2 Pounds.Of chicken breast.
1/3 Cup.Of virgin olive oil.
TO SEASON:
6 Tbsp.Of Hot Sauce.
1 Tsp.Of sea salt.
1 Tbsp.Of fresh ground pepper.
1 Tbsp.Of Paprika.
2 Tbsp.Of Garlic powder.
FOR TOPPINGS, I USED:
2 small diced green onion.
2 Cups.Of grated cheese.
1 Cup.Of crumbled bacon.
PREPARATION METHOD:
FIRST STEP:
I set the temperature of my oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
SECOND STEP:
In a bowl, I combined olive oil with seasonings: salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
THIRD STEP:
I sliced the potatoes into little cubes, then I added them to the dish.
FOURTH STEP:
I sprayed a 9×13-inch dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Then I added the potatoes, and I dumped the excess sauce in the dish.
FIFTH STEP:
I cooked the potatoes for around 45 minutes, stirring the pot every 15 minutes.
SIXTH STEP:
I cut the chicken breasts into tiny cubes and I added them to the bowl with the rest of the sauce.
SEVENTH STEP:
I placed the topping ingredients in a small bowl: grated cheese with bacon and diced green onion.
When the potatoes are ready, I added the marinated uncooked meat.
Next, I added the salad dressing over the chicken.
I baked the chicken for 15 minutes until fried, and crisp.
