How To Make Hamburger Casserole?

The Hamburger Casserole Recipe is reasonably simple and easy to make. Using nutritious foods including low-fat ground beef, Pasta, tomato soup, and your favorite cheeses. Feel free to add any spices to your dish, and you will surely enjoy it! I love that pasta is more than just food, but also a part of the entire dish. I like to play with various forms of pasta and use variations of them both new and fried.
This fast ingredients casserole is perfect for busy weeknights and picky eaters. It’s not just tasty, but it’s also financially savvy, requires some quick steps to plan, and makes for a close family favorite.

A box. Of one pound Of medium pasta shells.

1 lb.Of ground beef.

2 medium cans of tomato soup, I used the 10oz-cans.

2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

1 Cup.Of shredded mozzarella cheese.

1/2 Cup.Of water.


I used minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper to taste


Step 1:

I cooked and drained the pasta as directed in the box.

Step 2:

Then I set the oven’s temperature at 375°F and I greased and a 9.13-inch baking dish.

Step 3:

I browned the ground beef in a large skillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (or you can use any seasoning of your choice).

Step 4:

I added the boiled pasta, tomato soup, half a cup of water, and half of the cheese to the skillet with the browned beef together and I cooked for around two to three minutes over medium heat.

Step 5:

I spread the mixture on a greased dish and finished with the leftover cheese.

Step 6:

I baked with foil for 20 minutes. I continue baking until done for another 10 minutes.

Step 7:

I also like to turn the broiler on for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.

Step 8:

I served directly and freeze leftovers for up to three days.


You don’t have to use mozzarella for this dish at all if you’d like just to use 100% cheddar. Your choices! I prefer the stringy cheese since it is mozzarella.
If you want to apply diced onions or onion powder to the beef mixture, go ahead.
