Super YUMMY and SUPER Tasty!.
A box. Of one pound Of medium pasta shells.
1 lb.Of ground beef.
2 medium cans of tomato soup, I used the 10oz-cans.
2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 Cup.Of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1/2 Cup.Of water.
I used minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper to taste
I cooked and drained the pasta as directed in the box.
Then I set the oven’s temperature at 375°F and I greased and a 9.13-inch baking dish.
I browned the ground beef in a large skillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (or you can use any seasoning of your choice).
I added the boiled pasta, tomato soup, half a cup of water, and half of the cheese to the skillet with the browned beef together and I cooked for around two to three minutes over medium heat.
I spread the mixture on a greased dish and finished with the leftover cheese.
I baked with foil for 20 minutes. I continue baking until done for another 10 minutes.
I also like to turn the broiler on for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
I served directly and freeze leftovers for up to three days.
You don’t have to use mozzarella for this dish at all if you’d like just to use 100% cheddar. Your choices! I prefer the stringy cheese since it is mozzarella.
If you want to apply diced onions or onion powder to the beef mixture, go ahead.
