I chopped up 8 large cabbage leaves and dropped them in a bowl, I used a microwave-safe bowl. I added in a small amount of water and cooked for 2 minutes, on high.
In a mixing bowl, I combined the tomato sauce, ground turkey, brown rice, onion soup, one large egg, and parmesan cheese and I mixed with my fingers so all ingredients are uniformly combined.
I used a nonstick cooking spray to grease my crockpot.
I placed the ball of the meat mixture into the middle of each leaf of cabbage and I rolled them equally, placing them into the middle of the crockpot.
When the cabbage rolls have been cooked, I poured 3 cups of tomato juice over them in the crockpot, and I cooked for six hours on low heat.
