INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Cabbage, I used a medium head.
About 500 gr.Of Ground Turkey.
3 Cups.Of Tomato Juice.
1/2 Cups.Of uncooked brown rice.
1/3 Cup.Of Parmesan Cheese.
Tomato sauce, I used one medium can.
One large egg.
A packet.Of Onion soup-mix.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:
I chopped up 8 large cabbage leaves and dropped them in a bowl, I used a microwave-safe bowl. I added in a small amount of water and cooked for 2 minutes, on high.
Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, I combined the tomato sauce, ground turkey, brown rice, onion soup, one large egg, and parmesan cheese and I mixed with my fingers so all ingredients are uniformly combined.
Step 3:
I used a nonstick cooking spray to grease my crockpot.
Step 4:
I placed the ball of the meat mixture into the middle of each leaf of cabbage and I rolled them equally, placing them into the middle of the crockpot.
Step 5:
When the cabbage rolls have been cooked, I poured 3 cups of tomato juice over them in the crockpot, and I cooked for six hours on low heat.
