Strawberry Bread

How To Make Strawberry Bread?

Our glazed banana bread is one of our most famous recipes. And it never fails that every time I post on Facebook a photo or video of that fast bread, somebody says, “This would be wonderful with strawberries!” ”. So… I took the much-loved banana bread without any further ado and converted it into a delightful bread recipe with fresh strawberries. And you were right!!! IT’S AWESOME!
It can be tricky to deal with fresh fruit since it contributes a lot of moisture to the bread. Finely diced strawberries performed in this recipe wonderfully, I think my daughter liked it the most, she always said “you know MaMa, this is really good” every time she took a slice!
This strawberry bread is not too sweet, but it’s only sweet enough to make a perfect foundation for a certain kind of “shortcake.” Definitely, with your morning cup of coffee or tea, you can probably enjoy this all by yourself. Or, you might also, if you like, turn this bread into muffins. But my favorite method of enjoying this bread is just as I first tasted it with the tasty glaze and sweetened fresh strawberries!!

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

I stir the granulated sugar with almond milk, canola oil, one large egg, and vanilla or almond extract together in a medium bowl.

Step 2:

I combined the flour with baking powder and salt in another bowl.

Step 3:

To the wet ingredients, I added the dry mixture and mix until they are well incorporated.

Step 4:

I tossed the strawberries with flour in a medium bowl to cover the strawberries. After that, I folded softly into the batter with the floured strawberries.

Step 5:

Onto a greased 9′′5′′ bread pan, I poured the bread batter and baked for at least 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 6:

When I removed the plate from the oven, I let it for 10 minutes to cool, then I transferred the bread to a wire rack to cool fully.

Step 7:

I combined in a medium mixing bowl the powdered sugar, the melted butter, sliced strawberries, and vanilla extract, I blended well Until it’s smooth.

Step 8:

I spread the glaze on top of the cooled bread, sliced it and IT WAS READY!!

Enjoy.
