
How To Make it?
YOU’LL NEED :
Butter: 1 stick (margarine is also fine)
Milk: 1 C.
Sugar: 1 C.
Flour: 1 C.
Baking powder: 1 tsp.
Dash of salt
Fruit: 1 qt. (sweetened; peaches, cherries, blackberries, etc)
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 :
The butter needs to be dissolved in a baking pan.
STEP 2 :
You’ll want to blend together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & milk. And please cast batter in pan on top of butter, covering with fruit. Make sure not to stir. That’s right, the crush will rise to the top as it bakes also absorb the flavor of the fruit.
STEP 3 :
Once done, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
