How To Make Taco Lasagna?
Taco Lasagna is tasty, cheesy, and juicy. Placed in a typical lasagna bowl, this casserole is the ideal mix of Mexican-inspired ingredients. It is a simple meal to make fun of the entire family!

Soft flour tortillas, I used the 6-inch size.
You can use ground beef or even ground chicken.
For seasoning, use taco seasoning or season just with salt and black pepper.
Diced red onion.
Monterey Jack cheese.
Cajun season, for the cheese sauce
I browned the meat in a large skillet stirring frequently, I seasoned it with taco seasoning.
I brought heavy cream and soft butter to a boil and slowly I added the cheese until thickens, and I added a pinch of cajun to season.
I diced the tomatoes, scallions, red onions, and I chopped cilantro.
In a Lasagna bowl, I layered the flour tortillas, then I spread the browned meat, then I added the Monterey Jack cheese, after that, I added the diced veggies.
And I repeated for 3 or 4 layers, and finish with meat and cheese over it.
I put the pan in the oven and bake for around 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7 :
When it was done I topped it with sour cream and diced scallions.
