Lobster tails are one of my very favorite dishes to prepare at home for a nice dinner – and one of my absolute favorite recipes for tasty lobster full of garlic butter flavor is this lemon garlic butter recipe!
This is the best lobster tail recipe ever and is amazingly tasty with virtually no preparation, plus functions for a low carb recipe.
HOW TO MAKE LEMON GARLIC LOBSTER TAILS?
THE INGREDIENTS :
Two fresh lobster pieces and medium-sized shrimp.
A medium onion, I sliced into fine slices.
1 Tbsp-Of lemon juice.
1 Tbsp-Of sea salt.
1 Tbsp-Of ginger powder.
2 tsp-Of minced garlic.
1/2 tsp-Of mixed spices.
1/2 tsp-Of cumin.
1/4 tsp-Of hot black pepper.
1/4 tsp-Of ground coriander.
Few sliced green chilis in small-thin slices.
There are many methods to prepare the lobster, I always choose the healthiest and the easiest technic, so to grill them follow this process:
Using durable and sharp fish scissors, I cut the toughened pods on the top of the shrimp.
I prepared the sea crab seasoning and leave it for at least 2 hours by mixing it well with minced garlic, onion slices, mixed spices, lemon juice, half tsp of cumin, black pepper, ground cilantro, sea salt, ground ginger, and green chili peppers.
After that, I put the previous mixture in the oven for a period of no less than 30 minutes on medium heat.
After removing the dish from the fire and emptying it in a bowl and serving it hot, I decorated the dish with other rings of sweet green pepper, onion rings, and slices of red radish.
