INGREDIENTS :

The medium can. Of Pineapple pieces with the juice.

Around 3/4 C.Of Brown sugar.

1/4 C.Of reduced-sodium soy sauce.

One minced red bell pepper.

12 boneless-Chicken thighs.

1/2 minced red onion.

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Step 1:

I placed the pineapple bits, with the pineapple juice, the brown sugar, the soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs, and red onion in a large ziplock bag.

Step 2:

I seasoned it with black pepper and sea salt.

Step 3:

I closed the ziplock bag and I shake it. Then I removed the air from the bag.

Step 4:

I set the bag flat in the fridge.

Step 5:

I let the bag thaw in the refrigerator the day before dinner.

Step 6:

I moved the mixture to the slow cooker when cooking. Covering is often cooked about 6 to 7 h on medium.
