How To Make Banana Split Pie?
TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :
1 stick butter, melted
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
5 bananas, sliced
1 (15 ounces) can of pineapple, crushed and undrained
1 (16 ounces) container of thawed Cool-Whip
1 (4 ounces) jar of maraschino cherries, stemmed
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Chocolate Syrup, optional
STEPS TO MAKE THIS RECIPE :
Combine together 1 stick of melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a 9×13 glass or porcelain dish. Then incorporate the butter using a fork until the crumbs are coated.
Next, press firmly into a crust in the bottom of the pan.
Pick a medium bowl and cream in the other stick of softened butter, eggs and confectioners’ sugar together and beat for 15 minutes. Immediately spread evenly on the graham cracker crust.
Evenly layer banana slices on top of butter/sugar mixture and layer pineapple on top of the bananas.
Once done, spread the Cool-Whip evenly and garnish with cherries and pecans. Make sure to drizzle optional chocolate syrup over the top.
Finally, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, and please keeps well refrigerated for about a week.
