HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP AND SPINACH ALFREDO?
My recipe for a Creamy Parmesan Spinach Shrimp will soon become a favorite for a new weeknight meal! Pan-seared protein-filled shrimp is then tossed with a smooth spinach sauce that is ideally aromatized with fresh garlic and rich parmesan.
A large bag of frozen spinach
A medium box Of ‘penne’ pasta-noodles.
A bag Of raw shrimp
5 chopped Cloves Garlic
4 C.Of Heavy Whipping Cream
3 chicken breast, I cut them into strips.
2 Softened sticks Of butter
Old Bay Seasoning (Garlic and Herb)
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Extra virgin Olive oil
Fresh chopped Parsley.
I sautéed the pieces of chicken and I seasoned with “old bay” and “Creole” seasoning.
In a frying pan, I spread olive oil and I added one clove of chopped garlic, then I sautéed the spinach after thawed until wilted, I drained and put them aside for later.
In another pan, I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 clove of chopped garlic and I added raw shrimp cookies and cooked on each side for 2 minutes.
In a pot, I boil pasta for 12 to 15 minutes or so.
HOW TO MAKE the sauce:
In a skillet with butter, I chopped the remaining garlic and the sauce.
When the butter melted, I added the whipping cream and stir well.
Then I added the parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.
I added the creole and the old bay seasoning, and I simmered the sauce for 7 minutes over very low heat.
To the cooked pasta, I added all remaining ingredients, then I poured the sauce on top and garnish it with fresh parsley.
