How To Make Peanut Butter Cup-Stuffed Brownies?
Are you unable to decide between a chocolate chip cookie, a brownie, or a cup of peanut butter? Have all three of those in one! This easy recipe will impress your tastebuds totally and it’s so easy to make them.
This has to be the most amazing and easiest dessert we have had in a while! A brownie and a cookie in one are “Brookies”. We were just wondering, why not add a Reese’s Cup?! What we ended up with was a crave-worthy treat that was totally unexpected, particularly when topped with ice cream.
One Box of BrownieMix+ all ingredients noted on the back of the box.
12 CUPS.Of “Reese’s Peanut Butter“.
1 PKG.Of refrigerated cookie dough.
I set my oven temperature to 350 degrees and generously I greased a regular size muffin pan.
Depending on the package instructions, I prepared the brownie mix.
I separated the cookie dough into 12 balls and then I squish them into each muffin cup’s rim.
I placed on top of the cookie dough a « Reese’s peanut butter » cup upside down.
Then I spread the brownie batter evenly on top of each peanut butter cup until about 90 percent of the wells are filled.
I baked until the brownie batter is cooked through, it took around 15 to 20 minutes.
Before removing them from the pan, I allow them to cool for about 10 minutes, and then I served while they are still warm.
