HOW TO MAKE BISCUITS AND GRAVY CASSEROLE?

I have a delicious Breakfast Casserole recipe to share with you today! This Biscuits and Gravy with Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole is a simple breakfast dish made with biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausages, and cheese. This breakfast casserole is a must for any occasion. From big gatherings to a quick breakfast on Sunday morning.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans Of Β« GRANDS BISCUITS Β».

470g Of ROLL BREAKFAST SAUSAGE.

3 TBSP.Of Flour.

2+1/4 C.Of whole Milk.

1 TBSP.Of melted Butter.

1 TSP.Of Black Pepper.

1/2 TSP.Of Salt.

METHOD:

STEP 1:

I heat up the oven to 400 degrees.

STEP 2:

I greased with shortening or cooking spray the bottom and sides of the small casserole dish.

STEP 3:

I sliced one of the biscuits into quarters and put it in the bottom of the prepared pan.

STEP 4:

I baked for around 10 mins.

STEP 5:

I crumbled and cooked the sausage in a large skillet until fully cooked, over medium heat.

STEP 6:

I sprinkle over the fried sausage 3 tablespoons of flour, I stir and simmered until the sausage absorb the flour completely.

STEP 7:

I poured the milk, added salt and black pepper, stirring until the blend thickens and starts to simmer.

P.S: You can add more salt if desired, personally I don’t like it too salty.

STEP 8:

Over the fried biscuits, I poured the gravy.

STEP 9:

I cut the remaining can {into quarters} of the biscuits and I put the pieces over the gravy.

STEP 10:

I baked my casserole for 10 to 15 minutes.

STEP 11:

I covered the pan with aluminum foil and cooked for 15 more minutes.

STEP 12:

I brushed the top of the biscuits with melted butter and
returned the casserole to the oven for 5 more minutes.

Biscuits and Gravy Casserole quick, simple, and perfect to feed the crowd. A southern dish that’s really refreshing and warming.
