Old Fashioned Custard Pie

How To Make Old Fashioned Custard Pie?

An easy yet decadent version of Old Fashioned Custard Pie. Just like the one my Grandma made! I just added a little modification to her ingredients.  It is the easiest pie in my collection.

INGREDIENTS:

1 unbaked pie shell.

3 large eggs.

3 cups of almond milk.

2/3 cup of white sugar.

1 tsp pure vanilla extract.

1/2 tsp of salt.

1/2 tsp of nutmeg.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, I beat the eggs slightly, then I added white sugar, salt, nutmeg, and almond milk. And beat well using an electric mixer.

Step 3:

I spray a pie shell with a non-stick cooking spray and poured the batter.

Step 4:

I baked for 30 to 37 minutes. Then I removed from the oven and let it cool completely on your wire rack.

Step 5:

I sprinkled the top of the pie with fresh ground nutmeg, sliced, and served it.

ENJOY IT!
