This easy No-Bake Lemon Pie is perfect for hot summer days! Loaded with tart lemon flavor, the creamy lemon filling goes perfectly with the crust and a fresh whipped cream topping.
HOW TO MAKE NO BAKE LEMON PIE?
1 Lemon Pie Crust.
1 cup of lemon juice.
2 cans sweetened condensed milk.
I poured the cans of sweetened condensed milk into a medium mixing bowl. And I added the cup of lemon juice, stirring well.
Then I poured the mixture into the Pie Crust and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1h 30 minutes.
For the topping, you can use anything you have in your kitchen.
I used whipped cream over the top of the cooled pie.
