HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN MUFFINS?
With NO EGGS, NO BUTTER, AND NO OIL you’ll make the best healthy muffins ever, they taste so delicious, and it’s my favorite snack for the autumn period.
1 Box spice cake mix.
1 medium can pure pumpkin puree.
It’s super easy to make, I just mixed the pumpkin puree with the spice cake mix in the same bowl.
I greased a muffin cups (about 6 or 7), and I dropped two tablespoons in each cup.
I baked at 350 degrees F, for 20 to 25 minutes. When the toothpick comes out clean, they are ready to move from the oven.
