Philadelphia New York Cheesecake

 

This rich, creamy, and super delicious cheesecake is one of my biggest successes, it is a special dessert that will serve a family gathering, and everyone will love it.
With the cherry pie filling it will melt in your mouth!

How To Make Philadelphia New York Cheesecake?

 

INGREDIENTS:

5 PKG PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese.

1 can cherry pie filling.

1 cup sour cream.

1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs.

1 cup granulated white sugar+3 tbsp

2/3 cup melted margarine.

4 large eggs.

3 tbsp all-purpose flour.

1 tbsp vanilla extract.

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1:

I preheated the oven to 350℉ and spray a springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.

STEP 2:

I mixed Graham Cracker Crumbs, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, and melted butter. Then I pressed the mixture in the bottom of my springform pan and baked it for 10 minutes.

STEP 3:

In a medium mixing bowl I beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar, vanilla, and flour, I used an electric mixer.

STEP 4:

I added sour cream and eggs and beat again on low speed when it’s well combined and blended I poured over crust.

STEP 5:

I baked again for 60 minutes, you can let it for 10 more minutes until the center is almost set.

P.S: Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight, it’s pretty much perfect! Then you can use the can cherry pie filling for topping.
