This indulgent dessert is one of my favorite desserts for this summer, I made it every week, It’s easy to make, quick, creamy, and full of strawberry flavor. This no-bake cheesecake is the best idea if you want to avoid heat in the kitchen.
You’ll never stop at one slice, IT IS DELICIOUS!!TRY IT!
HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE?
FOR THE CRUST:
1 PKG of graham crackers.
1/4 cup melted butter.
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
1/2 tsp nutmeg.
FOR THE FILLING:
1 soft block light cream cheese.
1 PKG sugar-free Instant Vanilla pudding mix.
1 cup and half skim milk.
Fresh strawberries, sliced.
I crushed graham crackers in a food processor, I added the remaining ingredients.
Then I pressed the mixture in the bottom of a pie pan and placed it in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, I blended cream cheese until creamy, and I added to milk and vanilla pudding. I mixed for 3 more minutes until well blended.
I spread the creamy mixture and I layered fresh strawberries slices over it.
You can repeat the step before 2 or 3 more times, It depends on how big you want your cheesecake.
I return it to the refrigerator for 2 hours, and I served it.
