HOMEMADE CHILI

 

HOW TO MAKE CHILI?

Here Is The Recipe:

I brown my ground beef with onions and Peppers, drain.

Then I add my chili spices to my meat and add a little tomato juice to flavor the meat, cook for about 5-10 minutes.

Then I add 2 cans chili ready tomatoes, 2 cans beans, a tad brown sugar to cut the tomato acid, add more tomato juice, I usually use 1- 1/2 cans, dep on how much I make, simmer for at least 2 hours.

Cook noodles till almost done, add to chili, the cook for 10-15 minutes.

Then I let it sit a little to let the noodles soak up the flavor. I use elbow noodles.
