CHEESEBURGER SOUP

 

This soup is a family favorite!

HOW TO MAKE CHEESEBURGER SOUP?

Ingredients :

1 lb ground beef cooked and with drained fat

1 can of diced tomatoes (drained)

4 cups of chicken broth

4 cups of potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 cup of cream

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 cloves of garlic

2 stalks of celery, diced

1 large onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon of chili spice

Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation:

Start by cooking your ground meat. Place meat, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic in a slow cooker. cast the chicken broth on it.

Season with the chili spice and salt and pepper to taste. Put on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

In a bowl, combine the flour and cream until the mixture is combined. Pour into the slow cooker. Add the cheese.

Continue cooking in the slow cooker for another 30 minutes.
