PECAN SANDIES

 

 

HOW TO MAKE PECAN SANDIES?

 

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and salt. Beat in flour.

Stir in nuts. Roll out to 1/3 inch thickness.

Cut out about 2 inches around. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for approx 15 minutes.

Be careful not to burn.

Enjoy.
