Maryland Crab Cakes

 

  • How To Make It?

I chop celery, onion, one garlic lump chop all fine.

Then I cook it down in a tsp oil, set aside. to one lb of crab meat.

I add 1/2 cup SR flour, salt, pepper, old bay seasoned to taste, a cup of bread crumbs dash of red pepper flakes..2 eggs

Mix everything into the veggie pan-fry on both sides till brown.

You can make patties ahead and freeze them in freezer bags.
