How To Make Lemon Pound Cake?
FOR THE RECIPE :
We mix 5 large eggs, 1 cup unsalted butter and 3 cups sugar using an electric mixer. set aside.
Sift 3 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder.
Beat at low speed adding 1 cup whole milk and 1 lemon zest and 6 tbsp lemon juice.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Put the mixture into prepared pan with some butter and flour.
Bake your delicious cake for about 40 min.
