Southern Deep Fried Lobster!

 

Today I decided to try something new with LOBSTER and SOUTHERN FRIED, it was really super tasty, luxurious, and very very easy to make.

How To Make Southern Deep Fried Lobster?

 

I USED :

1,5 Kg lobster tails.

1 1/2 cups of cornmeal.

1/2 cup of white flour.

1 tsp of PAPRIKA.

2 tsp of onion powder / or garlic powder.

1 tsp of CAYENNE PEPPER.

vegetable oil.

salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS :

STEP I:

I cleaned lobster tails and set aside.

STEP-II :

I mixed onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, white flour, and finally cornmeal In a large zip-lock bag and shook well.

STEP III :

In a large deep skillet, I poured vegetable oil to heat for 10 minutes. Then I placed lobster tails in the ziplock bag, shaking well.

THE LAST STEP :

I removed the lobster tails from the bag and fried one lobster tail at a time in the heated vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes.

SERVE IT WITH A SALAD IT WILL BE AN LUXURIOUS DISH.
