DEVILED EGGS

 

This recipe is one of the thousand quick and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.SO To make this easy deviled eggs recipe, you will simply need :

15 Hard-boiled eggs

1 Cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2/3 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or scallion (green onion) tops

1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon

HOW TO MAKE DEVILED EGGS?

Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks using a scoop and mash them with the fork.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper [MIX WELL].

Chop egg whites, add bacon, cheese, and chives [MIX WELL AGAIN].

Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon yolk mix.
