HOW TO MAKE RIBEYE STEAK?

Say hello to the most incredible ribeye-steak you’ve ever seen. Perfectly crusted with soft, foaming butter flavored with crushed garlic cloves and aromatic thyme and rosemary sprigs.

It is absolutely magnificent!!!

Simply a few ingredients, a high-quality ribeye steak, and a cast-iron skillet are needed.

And with a few easy tips, such as turning the steak regularly to obtain the beautiful steak crust without overcooking it too well cooked, you’ll have no trouble topping the steakhouse down the block.

Serve alongside wine. Serve alongside potatoes. Serve alongside salad. You should add lobster to this recipe to the big-serving if you want. Or serve it with your own preferences.

YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE THE MOST DELICIOUS RIBEYE STEAK:

A rib steak.

Sea salt flakes.

Ground black pepper.

50 gram.Of soft butter.

2 sprigs of fresh thyme.

1 crushed garlic clove with its skin.

AND THIS HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:

Step 1:

Remove the steak from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature. This is a crucial phase in ensuring even the cooking of the steaks.

Step 2:

Season the steak generously until ready to grill. Season all sides generously with salt and pepper, then place on top to ensure equal distribution.

Step 3:

In a frying pan, heat the oil. If you’re cooking two steak slices, make sure the pan is big enough to accommodate them comfortably. If not, use two pans and heat them at the same time.

Step 4:

Cook the steak in the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on either side over medium-high heat (depending on the desired thickness and degree).

Step 5:

A 3cm steak should be cooked for 5 minutes as a general law. If you have a meat thermometer, set it to 50 degrees Celsius for exceptional, 60 degrees Celsius for average, and 70 degrees Celsius for excellent cooking.

Step 6:

Stir in the butter, thyme, and garlic for one minute after turning the steak for the first time. To do so, tip the pan towards you until the butter pools at the rim, then spill the butter over the steak in a circular motion.

Step 7:

Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Don’t be tempted to skip this key step. Since the meat particles stick together during the cooking process, if you slice the steaks right after they’ve been cooked, all the juices on the board will drain out.
The rest time helps the particles to relax and reabsorb their fluids, meaning that none of the tasty juices are wasted while slicing.

Step 8:

Slice the steaks into strips, season, and serve with a side dish and sauce of your choice.
