HOW TO MAKE CORN DOGS?

Homemade Corn Dogs! Tasty and simple to prepare! Much like the ones from the fair, they taste. These yummy corn dogs are a favorite of the neighborhood!
In a sweet and savory cornbread batter, these homemade corn dogs are coated, then deep-fried to golden brown perfection. A nice choice for food that tastes far better than what you can find at the local fair!
A healthy corn dog will never resist me! I only have to order one when I see those hand-dipped corn dogs at the fair or at an amusement park. Each time, this homemade version of the classic dish is simple to create and yields great results.

A homemade cornbread batter, composed of cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, and buttermilk, begins with this recipe. Put hot dogs on sticks, then pat them dry with a paper towel thoroughly. In a wide class, pour the batter and dip a hot dog into the bottle until it’s completely covered. Deep fry the hot dog until it’s golden brown, then with the leftover hot dogs and batter, repeat the method. Immediately serve, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

5 Hotdogs.

Mozzarella cheese: Five large cubes.

230 grams.Of all-purpose Flour.

45 grams.Of regular Sugar.

1 small spoon.Of White vinegar.

1/2 Teaspoon.Of sea Salt.

Milk: about one glass of 250 ml.

A large Egg.

1 small spoon.Of White vinegar.

Vegetable oil, for frying.

I used Spicy Mustard and ketchup, for serving.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO PREPARE THE BEST HOMEMADE CORN DOGS EVER:

Step 1:

I placed the hotdogs on wooden skewers and stuck them in a hot grilling dish to roast hot dogs and cheese.

Step 2:

Before producing any skewers, I checked the need to soak the skewers first.

Step 3:

In a medium dish, I mixed the flour with the salt, regular white sugar, a large egg, white vinegar, and milk, and I whisk until all the ingredients are fully mixed.

Step 4:

In a wide bowl, I put the mixture and plunge the skewers into it so that they are completely coated.

Step 5:

In the ample grease, I fried the skewers before browning.

Step 6:

On a serving tray, I spread out the skewers and placed the ketchup and spicy mustard over them for serving!
