How To Make shepherd’s pie?
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
A tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and brown pepper
5 carrots, peeled and chopped
Spoonful of oil
500 gm minced red beef
2 tablespoons flour
Spoon of ketchup
3/4 cup meat broth
Boil potatoes until soft, then drain well. Mash the potatoes with a tablespoon of butter, a spoonful of onions, and half of the cheddar cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
Boil the carrots until soft, then drain and mash.
