Hawaiian Banana Bread

 

How To Make Hawaiian Banana Bread?

To make the bread, I used:

2 cups all-purpose flour.

1 cup white granulated sugar

1/2 cup butter softened

1/4 cup shredded coconut.

2 eggs, large in size.

1 mashed ripe banana.

A can of crushed pineapple, with the juice.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

I cream butter and sugar in a big bowl, with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. I added eggs one by one and beat till combined.

Step 3:

I stir in the mashed pineapple and banana.

Step 4:

I sifted together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt into a separate, medium-sized dish.

Step 5:

Then I stir in the wet ingredients.

Step 6:

I added in the shredded coconut.

Step 7:

I poured the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan, and baked for 1 hour to 1h 15 minutes, when I inserted a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean, it was the right time to remove it from the oven.

THIS BREAD IS JUST LIKE A SHINY RAY OF SUNLIGHT ON A GLOOMY DAY IN SEPTEMBER, IM OBSESSED WITH IT, AND MY CHILDREN TOO!!!
