How To Make Ritz Cracker Salted Caramel Icebox Cake?
1 small spoon vanilla extract
1 cup salted caramel sauce, divided
47 Ritz crackers
2 (7 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1: Grease a baking dish with a non-stick cooking sprinkle
In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese & sugar avec an electric mixer until smooth.
2: Add heavy cream and vanilla, and whisk about 6 min.
Organize an even layer of crackers over the bottom of the baking plate. Put the crackers with cream cheese mixture, and, spread caramel sauce on the top.
3: Reiterate with another layer of crackers/ cream cheese mixture/ another 1/3 of the caramel sauce/ another layer of crackers/ and lasting cream cheese mixture.
4: Cover & chill in the refrigerator until set. Once chilled, cut into squares & top with extra whipped cream & caramel sauce if you want.
