How To Make KFC Biscuits?

Ingredients :

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1⁄2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vegetable shortening

2 cups flour

3 tsp Butter Flavor Crisco

3 tsp baking powder

1 cup buttermilk

Instructions :

1: Preheat oven to 350°

2: in a large mixing bowl; mix flour, tsp salt, tsp sugar, tsp baking powder, and tsp baking soda cut in shortenings pending mixture looks this coarse crumbs.

3: Mix only one cup of buttermilk until the dough becomes smooth and sticky, and spray flour over a wooden board; put the dough onto and knead 11 times. David dough in half; and roll each half. Cut out biscuits with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. and continue cutting.

4: Place the biscuit pieces on a tray and sprinkle the biscuit tops with milk. Bake for 14 min.
